“While the amenities our customers have come to know and love may be somewhat limited for the time being, the ability to safely welcome back our team members and guests remains our top priority. With this in mind, we have been working closely with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, state and local leaders, and public health officials to finalize comprehensive reopening protocols and new health and safety precautions. Our returning team members will be trained on these procedures and our guests will see reminder signage about them throughout the property. These new protocols include, but are not limited to, the following:


Social Distancing

  • Slots and table games are now open at full capacity.
  • Convention and banquet services remain suspended.
  • Restaurant offerings are available at The Eatery and Final Cut Steakhouse.
  • Penn Draft House and H Lounge Bar are open.
  • Epic Buffet, Mountain View, Skybox, Paddock Café, Homestretch, and Main Event venues remain closed.
  • The poker room and valet remain closed.

Health & Safety

  • Per CDC and PA Department of Health Guidelines:
    • Individuals who are fully vaccinated from COVID-19 no longer need to wear a mask.
    • Individuals who are not vaccinated or only partially vaccinated from COVID-19 must continue to wear a mask.
  • Team members and vendors will undergo a health screening each day, including temperature checks, prior to their shift.
  • Smoking is now available to specific, select areas on the casino floor, which are clearly marked for the convenience of our smoking guests. Smoking is not permitted in gaming areas near entrances, or in table gaming. Designated Smoking Areas are available outside at the valet entrance and the bus entrance.
  • Slot machines and table games will be thoroughly and regularly cleaned throughout the day.
  • Sanitizer stations will be installed on the casino floor and be readily available throughout the facility.
  • We will deploy a fog machine to disinfect and sanitize the property every night.
  • The casino will be closed daily from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for deep cleaning.

The Poker Room remains closed.

While the sportsbook room on the second floor is currently not open, HCPN Sportsbook is still open! Visit our wagering kiosks at the back of table games, or visit the Cage/Sportsbook window to place bets or cash your winnings. Cage/Sportsbook window hours are: Monday, Thursday & Friday Noon to 10 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday Noon to 8 p.m., and Saturday & Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Kiosks are available during all casino operating hours.

Racing

Live Racing is back! Simulcast wagering and viewing are available on the 3rd floor of the casino. 

Masks

Per CDC and PA Department of Health Guidelines, effective immediately:
• Individuals who are fully vaccinated from COVID-19 no longer need to wear a mask.
• Individuals who are not vaccinated or only partially vaccinated from COVID-19 must continue to wear a mask.

Entertainment

Live Entertainment is available at H Lounge every Friday at 9 p.m and every Saturday at 8 p.m.

Topgolf is available Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. until 11 .pm.

Entertainment will return on June 4.

The valet remains closed.

What are your hours of operation?

Daily: 8 a.m. – 4 a.m.

We will close from 4 a.m. – 8 a.m. to deep clean, sanitize and disinfect the facility.

Where can I park to enter the casino?
All surface parking will be available, along with all floors of the parking garage. You may enter the casino through the valet entrance or the 2nd floor of the parking garage. There will be a dedicated line for Owners Club and Elites at the valet entrance.

Do I need to wear a mask to enter?

Will my temperature be taken before I enter the casino?
No.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is now available to specific, select areas on the casino floor, which are clearly marked for the convenience of our smoking guests. Smoking is not permitted in gaming areas near entrances, or in table gaming. Designated Smoking Areas are available outside at the valet entrance and the bus entrance.

Will we honor expired driver’s licenses and ID’s because of closed DMV’s?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, individuals with state-issued driver’s licenses / ID cards that expired during the pandemic shut down have been granted extensions of their expirations date. PA Driver licenses, photo ID cards and learner's permits scheduled to expire between March 16, 2020, and July 31, 2020, the expiration date is now extended until July 31, 2020.

This is subject to change based on DMV requirements.

Will there still be promotions and offers?
Promotions are back! View current promotions here. Eligible guests may also receive free play offers. As we transition to contactless communication, make sure we have a valid email address for your mychoice account.

What is contactless communication?
Contactless communication is the safest way for us to inform you of upcoming offers, promotions, and special events. We will be providing a majority of these updates via email. To link your email address to your mychoice account, visit www.mychoice.com and update your account.

Will my mychoice card, mycash, or tier level be expired when I come back?
No. Your mychoice card and mycash will both be valid. Your tier level will be the same as before we were ordered to close. Though your mychoice card may show an expiration date of 3/31/2020, you DO NOT need to get a new card printed, it will still work just as it did prior to the closure.

What dining outlets are open?
Restaurant offerings are available at The Eatery and Final Cut. Penn Draft House and H Lounge Bar are also open.

Can I still get self-serve drinks?
No. Self-serve drinks will not be available. We will have cocktail servers on the floor offering water, coffee and soda. 

Can I still play Table Games?
Table games are available at full capacity.

Is every table game that was offered prior to the closure available?
Yes, all games previously offered will be available.

Is the Poker Room Open?
No. Poker room is not authorized to operate.

Will the Sportsbook be open?
While the sportsbook room on the second floor is currently not open, HCPN Sportsbook is still open!
