1.   Is there smoking allowed on the casino floor?

In compliance with the Pennsylvania Clean Indoor Air Act, we have designated 50% of our casino floor to smoking areas which are clearly labeled. All of our dining venues are non-smoking along with the other 50% of the casino floor.   

2.   Do you have a hotel on property?

At the moment, we do not have a hotel on property, however, there are a variety of hotel accommodations within a short distance. Please click here for nearby hotels and their information for you to book.  

3.   How many slot machines do you have?

Hollywood Casino has a mix of over 2,450 slot machines including favorites like Blazing Sevens, Double Diamond, Mr. Cashman, and Super Jackpot Party. There are also the popular new virtual blackjack and three-card poker games.  More Slots Information

4.   What are the Casino hours of operation?

Gaming in the Casino is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year. The food venues have select hours of operation. Please visit our dining page for further details. 

5.   How can I make a dining reservation?

Not all of our dining venues accept reservations. Please visit our dining page and select the options for the restaurant you are looking for. 

6.   Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards can be purchased in multiple denominations at Rodeo Drive, our gift shop. At this time, they are not available to purchase online or over the telephone. The gift cards can be used at all of our dining venues and the gift shop.  Gift cards cannot be used for gaming.

7.   Do you offer wheelchairs for handicapped guests?

Non-motorized wheelchairs can be borrowed at no cost at the coat check counter towards the left of the main valet entrance. Any security guard posted at each entrance can also assist you with your request. 

8.   How can I attain my win/loss statement?

You can obtain your win/loss form online via our Marquee Rewards Player Profile. To access Player Profile you must have an email address and your Marquee Rewards card number. The login link for Player Profile can be found at the top of every page. If you do not have these available, simply visit Player Services to obtain your win/loss statement. 

9.   How can I attain my W2G for Jackpot / Tax Purposes?

When you qualified to receive a W2G it would have been issued to you by a Slots or Table Game Team Member. If you have misplaced this form you will need to stop by our Cashier Cage with proper identification for a new one to be printed out.   

10.   Are cameras allowed to be used on property?

We ask that no photographs be taken inside the property for security and privacy reasons. 

11.   What is the admission age to visit Hollywood Casino?

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to be on the casino floor. Guests 18 years of age or younger are welcome in the racing operations area if they are accompanied by an adult. The racing level is accessed through Level D and also includes Skybox & Mountain View Dining. 

12.   What dining venues are featured at Hollywood Casino?

We offer a variety of dining options, ranging from quick and casual to fine dining. There are also a number of snack service concessions throughout the property. Please visit our Dining page for complete details

13.   What is the racing schedule?

Live racing is year round and held in the evenings on various days throughout the season. Full-card simulcasting is offered seven days a week from noon until midnight. Please visit our racing page for complete schedule details.

14.   Is there an admission charge for the Casino?

Admission is free to the Casino and the race track. 

15.   Is there a charge for parking?

General parking is free. Valet parking will be available for a $6.00 charge.
