Is Tailgating Permitted?
Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed in the parking lot area. Guests are also not permitted to use deep frying devices, charcoal or gas grills in the parking lot area.
Outside Drinks/Food
No outside food or beverages allowed. Food and drinks are available inside the venue and casino. No glass allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There will be designated smoking areas that guests can utilize away from the seating and food & beverage areas of the venue.
What is your camera policy?
The use of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cell phone cameras are permitted. Simple cameras for personal use may be brough into the venue, as long as the camera does not have detachable lenses and lenses are less than 2.5”x3.0”. The official camera policy may be modified based upon the requests of the tour or performer.

Seating
Audience members are permitted to stand or sit in their seat area during the event. No standing on seats. Keep aisles clear during performance.
Where is the Box Office located?
Tickets can be purchased and picked up inside the mychoice center inside Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course.
